So far, the Zhongshan Real Estate Enterprises Management and Integrity Platform covers 608 real estate enterprises, the Zhongshan Construction Enterprises Management and Integrity Platform 8,248 enterprises across 14 categories, and the Zhongshan Property Management Companies Management and Integrity Platform 411 registered enterprises.
In 2021, construction enterprises in Zhongshan were penalized 21,333 times and rewarded 1,637 times; Real estate enterprises were penalized 130 times and rewarded 12 times. Specific details about the credit standings will be uploaded to the integrity management platforms of the housing and urban-rural development system, ranking enterprises by their credit levels and meting out government rewards and punishments.
