The plague unveiling ceremony of Huangpu Youth Community College (Morality Cultivation College) was held in Huangpu on 9th. Ding Kai, Secretary of Municipal Youth League, Liu Wenyong, secretary of Huangpu town Party committee visited teh college.
jointly set up with Zhongshan Radio and TV University through integrating the youth energy and resources, the college is a new open college and provide free lessons for young league member working or living in Huangpu with an age from 18 to 35. According to Liang Shaojuan, the secretary of Huangpu town Youth League, all youth in Huangpu are welcomed and many enterprises are in need of this service.
The first period courses will begin from 18th July, including speech and eloquence, social communication and etiquettes, healthy life and social dance.
