Enforcing the law for people, through ‘online-offline interaction’

??The “Approach 12309, Experience Procuratorial Work” activity was carried out on October 30 at Zhongshan People’s Procuratorate. Participants visited the “12309” service hall and listened to the operation report of the “12309” online and offline service.
??Reportedly, the “12309” procuratorial service platform consists mainly of the “12309” website, “12309” mobile APP and “12309” official Wechat account. It provides 13 functions in 3 aspects: procuratorial service, including “Sue”, “Criminal complaint”, “Civil administrative appeal” and “State compensation”; disclosure of case information, including “Case inquiry”, “Online reservation of defense and agency”, “Information of important cases” and “Publication of legal documents”; and supervision, including “Contact NPC deputies and CPPCC members”, “Common supervisors” and “Suggestion box”.
??Since the establishment in July this year, the “12309” procuratorial service center has answered 215 enquiry calls. The online service platform, which provides online charge, complaint and legal consulting service, and the physical service hall, which has realized intelligent service and management and visual remote service, have formed the “online-offline interactive” service mode for convenient law enforcement for people.
