To offer the public a better understanding of zero-carbon concepts and encourage low-carbon transit, a 1.5-kilometer zero-carbon trail is built in Cuiheng National Wetland Park in Zhongshan.
The trail consisting of five sections popularizes low-carbon life from multiple aspects, including China's strategies of "Peak Carbon Emission" and "Carbon Neutrality", wetland carbon sink, life details such as proper use of air conditioners, computers and lights and bottled water drinking, and etc.
Light solar photovoltaic panels are installed on the top of the Science Corridor section to generate electricity for the park's daily use.
