Zhongshan is building the first prefecture-level city talentpark in Guangdong to honor talented persons who make contributions to its development.

The talent park will be built in the wetland area of Qijiang New Town. It will feature four landscape and combine technology, education, talent and ecology elements.

The park will include an ecological museum, a library, an exhibition hall, the Academician Bridge, the Talent Walkways, the Talent Greenpaths, the Talent Stage, shower rooms and other facilities, as well as the Elite Island and other landscape places.

Construction on the park began this June. The first phase will be completed and open to the public in 2023.
