Xiao Zhanxin, male, Han nationality, was born in Dabu County, Guangdong Province in January 1975. He holds a postgraduate degree and has a doctorate in science. He joined the workforce in July 1996 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 2001. He is now the deputy secretary of the Zhongshan Municipal Party Committee, mayor and secretary of the leading Party members' group of the Zhongshan People's Government.
