On Sep. 21, workers were busy installing a sculpture group in the square of Xingzhong Park. The sculpture group features a stature of Dr. Sun Yat-sen surrounded by 50 other statues of people representing workers, peasants, soldiers, scholars and businessmen. It was learned that the conception and the creation of the sculpture group came from sculptors in Guangzhou College of Fine Arts. The installation is expected to be accomplished before the National Day.
