The Zhongshan Municipal Civilization Committee convened its second working conference yesterday. On Feb. 28, Zhongshan was awarded as a National Civilized City, an honorary title for cities that perform well in economic development, political stability and spiritual civilization. Zhongshan has won the award four times running.
