The signing ceremony was held on June 25 for Zhongshan Public Security Bureau and Collage of Urban and Environmental Sciences of Peking University to contract on construction of the Library of Environmental Forensics, which means Zhongshan has become the first pilot city in the nation to monitor the toxicity of sewage.
