A proposal on Accelerating the Blue Line Planning and Establishing Harmonious Zhongshan is submitted to the incoming two municipal conferences.

In addition, only 13.8 kilometers have been made use of for industry and fishing purposes and there is no coastline for citizens’ leisure and life usage.

Coastal areas and lines are one of the important part in ecological civilization establishment in Zhongshan because they are scare resources with great social, environmental and economic values.
