Guzhen Lighting Capital Co. Ltd signed a strategic framework agreement with Zhanjiang Commercial Bank on financial services. It is estimated that the lighting capital project will be started during the first half of next year. It is expected to list in domestic A-share market when completed.

Global Lighting Industry Center in the contract will upgrade the old Guzhen Lighting Kind Project and cover 43.33 hectares with 1.7-million-square-meter buildings, mainly for headquarters business area, R & D area, brand development and trade zone, industrial service area, the central theme area, with a total investment of about 8.5 billion yuan.

According to the contract, Zhanshang Commercial Bank as a strategic cooperator shall provide all-round integrated financial services for companies in terms of logistics funds, pledge of warehouse receipts, payment settlement, trade credit, tax payment, credit financing and so on.
