On March 6, behind Hoshion's plant in Xishan Community, Sanxiang Town, equipment installation was under way in an 18,000-square-meter customized workshop.

According to Li Jianxiang, chairman of Hoshion, the company plans to install automated production equipment to produce tray accessories for a renowned new energy battery brand, and the annual output value is expected to be 600 million yuan.

The land where the plant locates was originally for residential use. To address Hoshion's burning need for capital increase and production expansion, Sanxiang Town for the first time rolls out a policy of transforming residential land into industrial land and provides plant customization service. The whole process from the changing of land use to the company moving in took only 7 months.

Zhongshan's favorable business environment and its strong support to the manufacturing sector have quickly satisfied the development need of enterprises, said Li Jianxiang, adding that Hoshion would speed up development in Zhongshan, and build a lighthouse factory and headquarters building in the future.
