With as much as 20,000 square meters, the festival was subdivide into outdoor and indoor section, including nine sectors as crispy grass carp, Chinese cuisine, Chinese dried specialties, top ten gold medal dishes of crispy grass carp, king of crispy grass carp, antique of arts and culture, Zhongshan excellent tourist itinery, miniascape flower art, Dongsheng town planning and real estate ix galleries.

As the grand ceremony, the festival has become the platform to promote the development of specialty, and to show the achievement of economy. At present, the farming base has been more than 1,647 acres and achieved more than 250 million yuan. It deserved to be the accelerator of the town’s pillar industry, cuisine and tourism.
