Jianhua Holdings Group on December 5 held a ceremony for the return of its three subsidiaries, Jianhua Holdings, Tanghe Holdings and Guangdong Tangjia Industrial Investment, to Zhongshan's Xiaolan Town, marking the arrival of a top 500 private enterprise in China.
Jianhua Holdings Group was established in Xiaolan in 1992. Over the past 30 years, it has developed into a leading construction materials enterprise in China.
Jianhua Holdings has a consolidated net asset of over 10 billion yuan and has been recognized as one of the third regional headquarters of multinational corporations in Guangdong. Its subsidiary Jianhua Construction Materials is China's largest comprehensive service provider of concrete products and technologies, who has 68 production bases across the country. It is also a national-level "single champion" demonstration manufacturing enterprise and a top 500 private enterprise of China.
As of now, Jianhua Holdings Group has 14 enterprises in Xiaolan.
"We consider this return as an opportunity to further integrate resources and gradually expand international business," said Wang Guihua, vice chairman of Jianhua Holdings Group.
