The Zhongshan Investment Promotion Bureau and the Shenwan People's Government jointly delivered an investment promotion conference on the morning of February 12.
At the conference, Shenwan introduced 11 investment projects, including Chengyi Waisha Innovation City, the green recycling park, the youth innovation and entrepreneurship incubation base and the financial investment service center, with a total investment of 4.23 billion yuan, wchich drew wide attention from merchants.
Five projects were contracted at the conference, with a total investment of 2.36 billion yuan. They included the Causeway Bay commercial street, the cooperative development of industrial park, the investment promotion cooperation project, the unique medical machinery and equipment production center, and the Juxiang leisure sports project.
TLW (HK) Properties Limited proposes to invest 500 million yuan to build the Causeway Bay commercial street in Shenwan Town. With the functions of shopping, global catering, leisure and entertainment, convention and exhibition and etc, the commercial street is expected to generate an annual revenue of over 200 million yuan.
