Zhongshan released its first enterprise "white list" of strategic industrial clusters on June 4 to provide financial institutions with information on corporate financing needs and connect enterprises with financial institutions.
A total of 769 enterprises were included on the "white list", most of which are from such industrial clusters as high-end equipment manufacturing, modern light and textile industry, intelligent household appliances, next-gen information technology, biomedicine and health industry, automobile industry and new energy industry.
At the release conference, the Zhongshan Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Zhongshan Central Branch of the People's Bank of China signed cooperation agreements with 6 banks, including the Zhongshan Branch of CBC and the Zhongshan Branch of ICBC. They aim to deepen government-bank cooperation, accelerate the construction of strategic industrial clusters in Zhongshan, and provide support for enterprises through policies, platforms, products and services.
In the first 4 months of 2021, financial institutions in Zhongshan have provided support for 1,709 strategic industrial cluster enterprises, with a total financing of 37.124 billion yuan.
