Under Zhongshan Central Branch of the People's Bank of China's assistance, the Zhongshan Branch of China Construction Bank (CCB) recently transferred an Import Bill Advance (RMB trust receipt loans) of more than 13 million yuan to the Sydney Branch of CCB. This transfer is expected to reduce the financing cost of enterprises by nearly 50 basis points.
