The Nantou Yellow Croaker Feast Intangible Cultural Heritage Food Carnival opened at Jufu Baoheyuan Restaurant on July 2 and will run for five days.

On the opening day, Wang Shenhui, the inheritor of Nantou Yellow Croaker Feast Culinary Skills, demonstrated the preparation of the signature dish "Yellow Croaker Sashimi".
