Retired teacher Lu Liang in his nineties in Banfu Town was awarded the title of China’s Good Samaritan in May, according to a list released by the Office of the Central Spiritual Civilization Development Steering Commission. Mr.Lu is dedicated to the cause of education, keeping teaching English for free even after retirement.
