More than 30 members from Macao Association of Young Elites visited Zhongshan on Mar.5. Liang Lixian, Director of Zhongshan Municipal United Front Work Department, led officials from the department and Zhongshan Youth League, and representatives of Zhongshan young entrepreneurs met with guests from Macau. The two sides focused on topics of economic communication, youth, and development.

Liang hoped that members of Macao Association of Young Elites can promote the cooperation between Zhongshan and Macao with their advantages in specialized fields, capital, international business service and social management. Liang said that this year marks the one hundred fiftieth anniversary of the birthday of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. She introduced the celebration activities planned including a large scare exhibition about Mr. Sun Yat-sen and the Rejuvenation of China and the “Cross-straits Zhongshan Forum” co-organized by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and Guangdong Provincial Government.
