Zhongshan Charity Parade starts at 3p.m.

Today is the Lantern Festival, and also marks the kick-off of the annual Charity Parade, a name card of Zhongshan city. Concerning some drizzle this afternoon that could affect the 3p.m. parade, the organizer has communicated with the phalanxes and has suggested the participants to prepare rain gears due to the large number of participants, according to Cross Red Society (Zhongshan Branch). And the organizer has prepared rain gears for the guest phalanxes.
